The Moon Festival will feature a range of cultural performances while also celebrating the full moon.
The Howick Local Board is partnering with the Pakuranga Chinese Association for the event on Saturday, September 22.
The Moon Festival will not only showcase Asian culture but reflect the area’s diverse population. It’s at Lloyd Elsmore Park and admission is free for the first-ever Moon Festival in east Auckland to be held from 4pm-10pm.
