A man is to appear in court after a police bust yielded a sizeable cannabis operation in Howick.
Police responded yesterday afternoon to reports of a person squatting at a residential house in Elliot Street.
Enquiries at the address resulted in the discovery of a cannabis cultivation operation.
Police said around 80 cannabis plants were seized and a 40-year-old male has been arrested and will appear in the Manukau District Court charged with cultivating cannabis.
