East Health Trust PHO is hosting a health expo at Howick Market Place on Saturday, November 4.
A Heart Health Expo is happening at Howick Market (inside the information centre) on Picton St on Saturday from 8am until about 12.30pm.
Are you aged 3-75 and haven’t had a heart check recently?
You can get a free heart check, get vaccinated, look at the fat/sugar in food and find out how to read a food label or just come and say hello.
