We recognise adolescence is a time of transition. We foster independence and support our students to develop their own sense of identity. We actively encourage our students to ‘Reach Out’ and work collaboratively across the school, within the school and wider community and as global citizens.

Our committed staff provide a future-focused curriculum that is personalised and innovative, and which empowers our learners. We take a holistic approach to learning and development to ensure all students experience success in and outside of the classroom.

Our Vision and Values

We develop courageous, informed learners who contribute to our community.  Our school whānau strives to ‘Reach Out’ and work collaboratively across the school, within the wider community and as global citizens.

We embrace cultural diversity, respectfully acknowledging the kaitiaki role of the tangata whenua, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi as Aotearoa New Zealand’s founding document.

Our three core values are:

  • Mana – Respect

We respect ourselves, each other and our environment.

  • Mahira – Curiosity

We seek to learn about ourselves, others and the world around us.

  • Kaha- Courage

We are brave; we face challenges and act with integrity.
