We aim to meet our clients, gather basic information, and provide food/meals for 7 days to cover all members of the family. If families or individuals are seeking assistance on a regular basis, we have a trained CAB Budget advisor who offers her services free to assist with money management and ensure all benefit entitlements and other sources of income are being accessed.
We are wonderfully supported by community groups and local primary schools, and also share surplus food donations with other foodbanks. We do not operate on government grants, and money donations are accepted to provide the fresh- food component of our parcels.
