Introducing Peak’s amazing new physio Rebekah Gower

After graduating from the Auckland University of Technology with a BHSc in Physiotherapy (Hons), Rebekah started her physio career at Active Plus in Howick.

Before this Rebekah had been a personal trainer for over 10 years.

She has a particular interest in pelvic health and exercise-based rehabilitation.

She’s passionate about health and fitness and believes the best approach to care is one that’s tailored to the individual’s goals and well-being.
