Anyone looking for something to do in east Auckland tomorrow, Saturday, November 9, should get down to Howick Domain for the Howick Family Fun Day.

It’s being staged by well-known local real estate agent Lawrence Liew of Bayleys Howick and is at the Domain in Wellington Street from 11am to 1pm.

“We’re thrilled to invite you to an unforgettable day of fun and connection in our local community,” Liew says.

“It’s all about giving back. At Bayleys Howick, we believe in the power of community, and what better way to show our appreciation than hosting a BBQ and free entertainment for you and your loved ones!”

The event will feature entertainment for all ages including a bouncy castle, face painting, Mr. Whippy Ice Cream, a delicious sausage sizzle (with a gold coin donation), potato sack races for adults and children, performances by the Saint Kentigern College Big Band and JD Dance Studio, exciting giveaways and more.

People who go along are encouraged to take their family, friends, sunscreen, and their best picnic blankets.

“But don’t worry, we’ve got bean bags ready for you,” Liew says.

“We’ve got mouthwatering sausage sizzles and amazing giveaways in store just for you.

“This is a day to relax, connect, and enjoy the wonderful community spirit together.

“It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet your neighbours, make new friends, and simply have a great time.

“We can’t wait to see you there! Let’s make this BBQ a day to remember!”

All proceeds from the gold coin donations will go to the Howick Children’s Charitable Trust, which stages the popular annual Howick Santa Parade.
