The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association exists to support and extend the evangelistic calling and ministry of Franklin Graham by proclaiming the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to all we can by every effective means available to us and by equipping the church and others to do the same.
Notice of Consolidation of Billy Graham Evangelistic Association Ltd New Zealand (BGNZ) into Billy Graham Evangelistic Association Charitable Trust (BGCT)
We are pleased to announce the completion of the long-intended consolidation of Billy Graham Evangelistic Assocation Ltd New Zealand, company number 7601596 (BGNZ) into the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association Charitable Trust (BGCT), Charities number CC58360. Since November 2020, the ministry activities of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association in New Zealand have been shared between BGNZ and BGCT.
As part of this consolidation process, all operational activities and responsibilities of BGNZ were officially transferred to BGCT in October of 2024. Since then, all Billy Graham Evangelistic Association ministry activities in New Zealand have been managed exclusively by BGCT—which is registered with the New Zealand Charities Commission, ensuring ongoing accountability and governance.
As the final step of this consolidation, the now-dormant BGNZ company is scheduled for closure. We are grateful for your continued support as we move forward under the unified management of BGCT, continuing the mission of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association ministry in New Zealand.
