Our vision is to ensure our residents have the care and support they require to enjoy fullness of life. As a faith-based organisation, our mission is to provide older people with care services that are excellent, compassionate and responsive … and we do everything in our power to ensure we live up to it.
We believe it’s vital to provide care for our residents in a warm, friendly, caring and close-knit community, while at the same time, respecting each individual’s privacy, dignity and independence.
At HBH Senior Living, the word ‘caring’ is more than just lip service: our people really are genuine, enduring and caring. We know through experience that it’s the little things that count in the lives of older people, particularly if health is declining and more care is needed.
That’s why we encourage our staff to go the extra mile in everything we do, be it responding quickly when you need help, organising a spontaneous activity just for fun, or taking the time to stop for a chat. Because, in every little thing, we care.
