The high cost of living and tough economic conditions in New Zealand continue to bite with news Hell Pizza is increasing the price of some items on its menu.

In a message sent to customers on February 25, the business says since 1996 it’s been “serving up premium pizzas, packed with generous toppings and made from ethically-sourced, high-quality ingredients”.

“We wouldn’t be here without your support – so thank you for continuing to choose Hell.

“Here at Hell, we remain committed to providing the best quality experience we can.

“We’re not into cutting corners or skimping on ingredients.

“However, like many, we’ve been managing rising costs, and while we’ve done everything possible to absorb them, we now need to make some pricing adjustments to our pizza range.”

Hell Pizza says from today, February 26, the price of its double pizzas will increase by $1 and snack pizzas by 50 cents across its ’96 Originals, Gourmet, and Super Gourmet ranges.

“What won’t change (and will never change) are our generous toppings, bold flavours, and commitment to quality that make it worth going to Hell for,” the business says.

“Wherever you are in Aotearoa, you can always count on us for a premium experience that will leave you with no regrets.”
