When was the last time you did absolutely nothing?

Not scrolling, not multi-tasking, not exercising, not working your way through your endless to-do list, just pure, guilt-free rest.

Rest isn’t just about getting enough sleep (though that’s important too).

Doing “nothing”, whether that’s sitting in the sun, staring out the window, or lying on the couch (without phone in hand or Netflix on the TV), allows your nervous system to reset, and creates space for creativity, clarity, and problem-solving.
