Four primary school students were recently escorted to school in a police car in a rather unusual occurrence.
Botany Downs Primary School student Erin Simonson won a competition at the recent Everyday Heroes event held at Botany Town Centre which gave her the chance to ride to school in a police car with friends Olivia, Isla and Alpha.
Along with the free ride in the police car, the girls received police vests and hats for the trip and were given the opportunity to use police equipment in what was a very special morning for the young schoolgirls.
