The achievements of Olympic gold medallist the late Dame Yvette Corlett, of Howick, were celebrated at an investiture ceremony at Government House last week.
The Governor-General, Dame Patsy Reddy, and Sir David Gascoigne, hosted nine ceremonies in total.
Dame Yvette’s daughter Karen Corlett received the insignia in place of her late mother.
