Multiple people were hospitalised following a motor vehicle crash in east Auckland last night, March 1.
Police, Fire and Emergency NZ and Hato Hone St John paramedics were all called to the scene of the two-vehicle crash in Whitford Road, Whitford, at about 7.35pm.
A spokesperson for Hato Hone St John says it responded with three ambulances, one rapid response unit, and one manager.
“Our crews assessed and treated five patients, four in a moderate condition and one in a minor condition who were all transported to Middlemore Hospital.”
A police spokesperson says traffic management was in place while the crash scene was cleared.
