Howick RSA hosted two exciting community events on Saturday night.
The quiz was held by the charity Bellyful, which cooks and delivers meals to families with newborn babies and families with young children who are struggling with illness.
“The quiz night is one of our major fundraisers and this year we raised around $4200 which is an amazing result. Such a fun night for everyone involved and the costumes this year were fab,” said Bellyful’s Ani Stace.
“A huge thanks to our sponsors on the night who so generously gave some awesome items for raffles and silent auctions – Howick Tyres and Alignment, New World Botany, Howick RSA, The Vodafone Warriors, Repco, Adelina Photography, Infinity Float, Lion Breweries, Howick Village Optometrists, Z Ormiston, Rosa Gifts, Coffee and Cake, Sue Thomas – Harcourts, Monterey Cinema and Hemsdale Hives.
