East Health Trust and the Howick Village Association have teamed up to organise a free health expo next Friday.
The Interactive Health Expo offers a range of information and activities.
It includes mental health awareness, blood pressure/heart checks, checklist for immunisations, and a ‘see how much fat/sugar is in your food’.
It’s on Friday, September 30 at Howick Market Place from 9.30am-2.30pm and everyone is welcome.
