The Howick War Memorial Hall, previously known as the Howick Information Centre, will host the Sue Maroroa-Jones Memorial 2023 New Zealand Women’s Chess Championship next week.
The championship runs from September 25-28.
There will be two separate seven-round Swiss tournaments for women and girls, an open and reserve (for under 13000 rating).
