
The annual Colgate Games – New Zealand’s largest junior athletics competition – will be kicking off in Wellington in early January – and there will be a large local contingent there.
It is set to be an exciting three days with young athletes running, jumping and throwing their way to the podium.
A massive 1036 young athletes from 75 clubs will converge on the capital city for a weekend of fun and competition with Pakuranga Athletic Club sending 48 young athletes to the event – the most from across the Auckland region.
The Colgate Games is a vaccination pass event with all attendees aged 12 years and three months and older needing to hold a vaccination pass to attend the event.
The 2022 North Island Colgate Games run from Friday January 7 to Sunday January 9.
