Police officers descended on a fast-food restaurant in east Auckland after receiving reports of young people fighting.
A police spokesperson says officers responded to a report of a disorder taking place at a location on Pakuranga Road in Pakuranga.
The Times understands the incident unfolded near McDonald’s Pakuranga.
“Groups of young people were reported to be fighting,” the police spokesperson says.
“The groups were dispersed by police and nearby school staff.
“There were no reports of any injuries. There will be some follow up around those involved.”
