Emergency services are at the scene of a crash in east Auckland this morning, March 6.
A witness told the Times three police cars were present at the incident in Cascades Road, Pakuranga, as well as Fire and Emergency NZ and Hato Hone St John paramedics.
A photo taken of the scene shows one vehicle upside down on its roof with a fire truck nearby.
A police spokesperson says three people suffered moderate injuries in the crash, which happened just before 11.30am.
“Two vehicles were involved, one of which rolled. Emergency services are clearing the scene.”
A spokesperson for Hato Hone St John says: “Hato Hone St John was notified of a motor vehicle incident at 11.20am on Cascades Road.
“One ambulance attended. Three patients were assessed at the scene (all in moderate condition), but no transport was needed.”
The road is said to be partially closed.
