At the Moore Street end of Central Terrace there is only one disabled car park and this is outside the toilet.
However there are five car parks which are labelled as being private outside the Fencible Law building which is opposite.
Who has the right to put 24 hour towaway zones notices on these parks and who owns the land they are on which appears to be part of Central Terrace, which includes the footpath?
Other parks are further down but they are labelled for official purposes.
Are the disabled to be deprived of convenient parking as in most cases buses are not an option?
