I am just wondering if anyone else has been to the Ministry of Social Development lately and felt bullied.
Unfortunately, I have just had a very bad experience with a person at the Highland Park branch. No wonder they need their team of security workers when the manager is so unpleasant to deal with.
The signs that say rudeness and bad behaviour to our staff will not be tolerated should also apply to the manager and staff who are employed by the taxpayer to help people – it works both ways don’t you know.
