The recent successful Howick Hop saw many families enjoying themselves in Picton Street.
Sadly, Our Lady Star of the Sea graveyard was being used as a playground by a few and even a recent burial plot was not excluded.
Crawford Reserve is only a short distance up the road and is a safer and more suitable place for children to run off their energy.
