Regarding the demise of Smith and Caughey – no parking, vagrants, crime, why would you shop in Queen Street [in Auckland CBD]? And it will totally dry up when the City Rail Link opens and the workers travel under the city to and from work. Billions of dollars spent with very little gained for the waste of money.
