Storm clouds are gathering over Auckland as the Farah Palmer Cup champions begin preparations to defend their title. However, no Auckland Storm is complete without a little Thunder.
With eight Pakuranga United Rugby Club players selected in its wider training squad, the Auckland Thunder (the Storm’s development squad) is gearing up to ensure the top team continues to topple the opposition for years ahead.
