Kesh and her team provide their clients with a personal touch they won’t find anywhere else.
The experienced beauty therapist owns the family business Xtreme Beauty Clinic & Spa at the brand new Ormiston Town Centre in east Auckland.
Kesh also owns Xtreme Beauty in Beachlands as well as Xtreme Barbers at two locations in Botany Junction and Beachlands.
It’s a family company as she, her husband, and their daughter all work in the business.
Kesh used to own and run an Xtreme Beauty salon at Botany Junction but it became so successful that it required a move to larger premises.
“We were at Botany Junction for six years,” she says.
“We’ve added two extra rooms here. It has more of a spa feel and we offer more services and have more space.”
Xtreme Beauty provides a range of services to clients, with its most popular being waxing, threading, eyelash extensions, massages, and facials.
Kesh’s highly experienced and qualified beauty therapists offer outstanding customer service to their clients.
“We are here for busy mums who don’t have much time and just want to pop in and have a quick eyebrow tidy done,”
She says about 30 per cent of their customers are male, and that percentage has grown in recent years.
“We cater for both males and females and school kids to the elderly as well.
“Our team is really great and they are all so friendly.
“We have to make our customers feel welcome every time, and we do that.”
Xtreme Beauty sells high-end products including brands such as Pure Fiji, Environ, RevitaLash, DP Dermaceuticals, and O Cosmedics. The business offers professional services and outstanding customer service at an affordable cost, Kesh says.
“Our prices are affordable but we still do a very good job and if you’re having a relaxation treatment we give you all the time you need. We never rush our clients.
“We are affordable because we want to cater to everyone and we want people to come back to us again and again.” Some people book their treatments in advance while others prefer to walk in.
“We are here for busy mums who don’t have much time and just want to pop in and have a quick eyebrow tidy done,” Kesh says.
“We do appointments as well, mainly for clients who want to come and relax and have that time to themselves.
“Whatever suits that person, we do that, and we offer that personal touch.
“All of our therapists are qualified and experienced and we know how to take care of people.
“Everyone wants to see a friendly, smiling face and to come to a welcoming environment.”
Many of Kesh’s clients have enjoyed her services ever since she moved to New Zealand from Fiji 11 years ago.
They’re loyal to her business and it’s not uncommon for them to become her friends.
“We have customers who have followed me since I came to New Zealand.
“They found us and are still coming to our clinic, which is great.”
The business is offering some great opening specials on treatments and Pure Fiji products until May 30.
